This policy explains how DealConnex collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, subscription service, and Chrome extension.

Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide, including your name and email address. We also store the settings needed to provide the service: affiliate tracking IDs, destination names and URLs, posting schedules, post templates, queue items, posting results, a random posting-device identifier, and subscription status.

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. DealConnex receives billing identifiers and subscription status, but not your full card number.

Information that stays on your computer

If you choose PostTap or Geniuslink, the API credentials you enter remain in Chrome local storage on the active posting computer. They are sent directly from the extension to the provider you selected and are not stored in the DealConnex database. Protect access to your operating-system and Chrome profile.

DealConnex uses the social account already signed in to your browser. We do not ask for, collect, or store your social-network password.

How we use information

We use the information above to authenticate your account, maintain your queues and schedules, generate links, run posting workflows, record outcomes, provide billing and support, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. The private source used to build the shared deal feed is retrieved by the backend and is not disclosed to extension users.

Service providers and disclosures

We use vendors that help operate the service, including Supabase for account and database infrastructure and Stripe for billing. At your direction, the extension may communicate with PostTap or Geniuslink. The extension also communicates with retailer product pages and your configured social destinations to perform the actions you request.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service and its users, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

Posting-history records are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, and processed billing-event logs after 180 days. Core account, destination, and queue data is retained while your account remains open or as reasonably needed for legal, security, and billing obligations. We use access controls and row-level database policies, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can update most account settings in the extension, cancel billing through the customer portal, and pause or remove destinations at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email support@dealconnex.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children and changes

DealConnex is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the revised date will appear at the top of this page.
