Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the DealConnex website, subscription service, and Chrome extension. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your login, keeping account information accurate, and all activity performed through your account. A subscription permits up to ten saved groups with one active posting group at a time.

Trial, billing, and cancellation

The DealConnex Pro plan costs $29 per month after a seven-day trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or when we confirm a billing error.

Authorized and responsible use

You may use DealConnex only with groups, accounts, tracking IDs, product links, and provider credentials you are authorized to use. You must review posts for accuracy and comply with applicable laws and every third-party rule that applies to your activity. Do not use the service for deceptive, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or spam activity, or to evade restrictions imposed by another service.

You are responsible for required affiliate and advertising disclosures. DealConnex includes a disclosure field in its default template, but you must ensure each post and account disclosure is accurate, clear, conspicuous, and suitable for your circumstances. The FTC’s disclosure guidance and your affiliate program’s current policies are useful starting points.

Automation and third-party services

DealConnex runs posting steps through Chrome while you remain signed in. Third-party interfaces and policies can change without notice. A post may fail, be duplicated, require review, or cause a destination to be paused. You must monitor activity and test your own destinations before relying on automatic posting.

DealConnex is an independent tool. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the retailer, social network, PostTap, Geniuslink, Google, Stripe, or other third-party services it can connect with. Your use of those services remains subject to their separate terms and policies.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when payment is overdue, we reasonably believe the account creates security or legal risk, or these terms are violated. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms, will survive.

Service changes and disclaimers

We may change, improve, or discontinue features and may update these terms. The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee clicks, commissions, sales, post reach, account standing, or continued compatibility with third-party services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealConnex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or commissions, lost data, third-party account restrictions, or the cost of substitute services. DealConnex’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
